Popis

Partial oxidation of hydrocarbons produced carbon black, which was depending on the used raw material contaminated with heavy metals. Cleaning of carbon black could be carried out with inorganic acids, which largely removes iron, nickel and vanadium. Acids treatment led to changes in surface characteristics of carbon black including the specific electrical conductivity.
